Just press *#7780# on your java phone and within a few seconds your phone will ask you to entes your password and press (ok), then your phone will automatically restart.
i.e off and on you don't need to off your phone or remove ba3 just leave your phone to do the work by it's self, just wait for few seconds by the time your phone on by it's self back, it will be like new testament every old thing disturbing you will be past away.....
